We are actively expanding our footprint across private hospitals, day-care centers, and surgical institutions in Ahmedabad. We are seeking a proactive, frontline Territory Business Associate who thrives in clinical environments and is eager to build a high-growth territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Operation Theater (OT) Engagement: Spend active time in hospital OT environments, supporting surgeons and OT teams during product evaluation to build clinical confidence in Aipri’s suture portfolio.
- Surgeon & Specialty Coverage: Build and maintain direct relationships with key surgeons across multiple specialties (General Surgery, OB-GYN, Orthopedics).
- Territory & Account Management: Map private hospitals, nursing homes, and day-care surgical centers in assigned Ahmedabad clusters; identify new accounts and drive repeat orders.
- Institutional & Purchase Coordination: Engage Hospital Purchase Managers, Procurement Teams, and OT Sisters-in-Charge to facilitate product code listings, vendor registration, and seamless ordering.
- Supply & Delivery Support: Coordinate with the internal operations team to ensure direct,



next-day product delivery to hospital clients and manage local inventory needs.
- Market & Competitor Intelligence: Track local surgeon preference shifts, competitor activity, and hospital procurement dynamics, reporting field insights directly to leadership.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm), Biotechnology, or related fields.
- 1 to 3 years in Surgical Devices, Medical Consumables, OT Products, or Clinical Hospital Sales in Ahmedabad.
- Fully comfortable working within the Operation Theater (OT) environment and interacting directly with surgical teams.
- Existing contacts with surgeons, OT staff, and hospital purchase departments across key Ahmedabad surgical clusters.
- Robust scientific learning aptitude, relationship-building skills, commercial negotiation ability, and high integrity.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for daily local territory coverage.

Field Working Structure & Culture

- Working Days: Monday to Saturday.
- Field Timings: Aligned with surgeon availability and OT schedules (starts at 9:30 AM; flexible field wrap-up based on daily doctor appointments and hospital rounds).
- Compensation: Competitive fixed salary (commensurate with experience) + Daily Local Conveyance Allowance (TA/DA) + Incentives.
