Roles & Responsibilities:
Achieve growth and sales targets for all the categories (Power tools, E-tech, Accessories,)
Design and implement a business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence in the assigned territory.
Develop sales and collection plan on monthly, quarterly and annual basis and share the realistic forecasts to the reporting manager on time.
Identify emerging markets and market trends while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Strong business sense and industry expertise in trade sales.
Robust Focus business development activities for sustainable business growth.
Strong collaboration with cross functional teams.
Enhance Dealer network to ensure business growth and maintain good health of business among the dealer networks.
Expand the sub dealer and SME coverage to ensure brand visibility and develop secondary sales plan for the assigned territory.
Appoint Exclusive HiKOKI Shoppe as and when relevant and service centre for brand promotion and differentiation in coordination with Marketing Team
Responsible for checking feasibility of new products and testing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from BE
5 - 8 years of sales experience in power tool industry or similar industries in trade
Strong work ethics and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Power point, outlook) and customer relationship management software.
Sales collection and FG ratio, power tools, hand tools, abrasives, cutting tools, welding electrodes and Welding machines.
