Role Description The Tendering Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Navi Mumbai. The role involves managing the end-to-end tender process, including identifying relevant tenders, reviewing requirements, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and preparing competitive proposals.

Responsibilities include analyzing tender documents, developing bid strategies, ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements, and submitting tenders within deadlines.

The Tendering

Specialist will collaborate with procurement, finance, and operations teams to gather data, clarify technical and commercial terms,



and maintain accurate tender records and documentation. The role also includes monitoring tender outcomes, tracking performance, and continuously improving tendering processes to enhance win rates.

Qualifications

- Strong tender management capabilities, including experience handling end-to-end tender and bid processes.
- Excellent analytical skills for interpreting tender documents, commercial terms, and pricing structures.
- Clear and professional communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Proficient proposal writing skills with attention to detail, structure, and compliance.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, vendor registration, and contract terms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort working with online tender portals.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple deadlines, and a high level of accuracy.
- Experience in a similar tendering, bids, or contracts role in Navi Mumbai or nearby areas is an advantage.
