Role & responsibilities :

- Study and evaluate NIT, BOQ, Specifications, GCC/SCC of Contract and Tender conditions.

- Analyse market rates, historical project rates and current material/labour costs.

- Prepare tender rates, pricing summaries and final bid price.

- Identify tender risks, exclusions, assumptions and commercial implications.

- Present tender estimates and pricing recommendations to Management for approval.

- Ensure accurate and timely submission of tenders.

- Maintain tender databases, rate libraries and historical costing records.

- Support post-tender negotiations and cost analysis.

- Drive Business Development and Tendering activities for Mining projects.

- Coordinate with Technical, Finance and Project teams.

- Prepare and submit competitive bids within stipulated timelines.

- Develop market intelligence and maintain a robust project pipeline.

Preferred candidate profile : Must have prior 5-7 years exposure in Coal India Limited Tendering.
