A.S. Jagtap & Co. is looking for a Tender & Office Engineer to support our tendering, estimation and office coordination activities related to road and civil construction projects.

The ideal candidate should have an understanding of civil engineering and be interested in government/PWD tenders, BOQs, rate analysis and project documentation.

Responsibilities

- Search for Government, PWD and other relevant civil construction tenders.
- Track upcoming and active tender opportunities.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria and technical requirements.
- Assist in tender preparation and submission.
- Prepare and organize tender-related documentation.
- Study BOQs and prepare quantity-related information.
- Assist in rate analysis and cost estimation.
- Coordinate with site engineers for technical information.
- Prepare project-related documents and reports.
- Maintain records of submitted and upcoming tenders.




- Coordinate with management regarding tender requirements.
- Assist in general office and project documentation.
- Follow up on tender-related requirements and deadlines.

Qualification
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience
- Fresher to 3 years.
- Freshers with valuable knowledge and interest in tendering are encouraged to apply.

Skills Required
- Knowledge of civil construction.
- Basic understanding of BOQ and rate analysis.
- Good MS Excel and MS Word skills.
- Good documentation skills.
- Ability to read and understand tender documents.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of Government/PWD tender processes will be an advantage.
