Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bhubaneswar for a Tendering Specialist. The Tendering Specialist will handle tender management processes, Identified and analyzed RFPs, EOIs, and tender documents, Participating in GeM portal bids ,
including reviewing tender documents, preparing proposals, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Responsibilities also include conducting market and procurement analysis, maintaining documentation, and liaising with relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Tender Management and Proposal Writing
- Detail-oriented with excellent Analytical Skills
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic knowledge and experience in Procurement processes
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and ability to manage documentation
- Experience with government and private sector tendering processes
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively
