- Preparation and submission of tenders and technical documents.
- Handling project/site execution and supervision.
- Preparation of BOQ, estimates, measurements and project reports.
- Planning and monitoring project activities and progress.
- Coordination with clients, consultants, contractors and vendors.
- Handling site documentation and work-related records.
- Coordination between office and project sites.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in local authority tendering (like MCGM, NMMC, etc) and project execution.
