Role Description

This is a full time on-site role for a Tendering Specialist based in Rajkot. The Tendering Specialist will be responsible for managing tender processes, analyzing tender requirements, preparing comprehensive proposals, and coordinating procurement efforts. The role also requires ensuring compliance with tender guidelines,



maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders, and contributing to the strategic planning of bid submissions to secure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Tender Management and Proposal Writing to create accurate and competitive bids
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate tender requirements and procurement processes
- Excellent Communication skills to engage with stakeholders effectively
- Capability to oversee Procurement tasks and ensure timely resource alignment
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with submission guidelines
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Familiarity with the construction or manufacturing industry is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and tender management software
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tenders simultaneously
