Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Tender Identification & Analysis

- Search and monitor tender portals, RFQs, RFPs, and government/private procurement websites for relevant opportunities.
- Review and analyze tender documents, scope of work, technical specifications, eligibility criteria, and commercial terms.
- Assess project feasibility, risks, and company qualification requirements.
- Develop bid strategies to enhance competitiveness and increase win probability.

1. Bid Preparation & Proposal Management

- Develop BOQs (Bill of Quantities), cost estimates, pricing sheets, and commercial models.
- Coordinate preparation of technical documents, compliance statements, schedules, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure proposals comply with tender conditions, standards, and submission guidelines.

1. Cross-Functional Coordination

- Evaluate project execution challenges and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Review payment terms, liabilities, penalties, and contractual
- Submission & Client Coordination




- Manage complete online/offline tender submission processes within deadlines.
- Handle EMDs, tender fees, bid securities, PBGs, and related documentation.
- Respond to client queries, clarifications, and negotiation discussions.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering / Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Business Administration or related field.
- 3-8 years of experience in tendering, estimation, bidding, or proposal management.
- Experience in EPC, infrastructure, construction, manufacturing, or industrial projects preferred.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of tendering procedures and contract documentation.
- Proficiency in BOQ preparation, estimation, and cost analysis.
- Positive understanding of technical and commercial bid processes.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, ERP systems, and tender portals.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple bids simultaneously.
