This role is responsible for leading the architecture, design, and delivery of silicon platform validation solutions using Python. The individual drives the development of robust validation frameworks, ensures adoption of advanced technologies, and provides technical direction to team members to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with client requirements and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Architect and design silicon platform validation frameworks using Python, ensuring scalable and reliable automation for pre-silicon and post-silicon testing.
2. Develop advanced test infrastructure by integrating Python-based tools and libraries, enhancing coverage and efficiency across multiple hardware validation scenarios.
3. Guide team members in the implementation of validation methodologies, leveraging Python for data collection, analysis, and reporting to ensure solution accuracy.
4. Evaluate emerging Python technologies and validation tools, recommending and integrating best practices to maintain cutting-edge validation environments.
5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather technical requirements for silicon validation and translate them into actionable Python-driven validation solutions.

Mentor and train team members on silicon platform validation techniques and Python automation strategies to build technical capability and mitigate delivery risks.
Skill Requirements
1. Expert knowledge of silicon platform validation processes, including preand post-silicon test strategies.
2. Excellent proficiency in Python programming for automation, scripting, and data analysis in hardware validation contexts.
3. Advanced understanding of hardware interfaces, protocols (PCIe, USB, I2C, SPI), and related test automation frameworks.
4. Experience architecting validation solutions using Python in semiconductor or embedded systems environments.
5. Strong skills in designing and integrating Python-based tools for test management, reporting, and continuous integration.
6. Ability to evaluate and adopt new Python libraries, tools, and validation practices for improved solution delivery.
