Job Title:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced GEM Operator to manage product listings, bidding, and order processing on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. The candidate should have knowledge of government procurement processes and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and update product listings on the GeM portal
- Participate in bids, reverse auctions, and direct purchase processes
- Prepare and submit quotations as per tender requirements
- Handle order processing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
- Coordinate with government departments for order execution
- Maintain compliance with GeM guidelines and policies
- Upload product catalogs with proper specifications and pricing
- Track bid status and maintain MIS reports
- Resolve portal-related issues and coordinate with GeM support if required





Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate in any stream (Btech preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience handling the GeM portal
- Robust knowledge of government tendering process
- Good understanding of documentation and compliance
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in handling government procurement orders
- Knowledge of e-tendering and online bidding platforms
- Strong coordination and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
