Position: Sales & Marketing Executive
Location: Kharghar, Navi Mumbai
Experience: 2–4 Years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month, negotiable based on experience, skills & qualifications
Preference: candidates with excellent communication and professional presentation skills
About the Role
We are seeking a agile, self-motivated and result-oriented professional with experience in Sales, Marketing, Tender Preparation, GeM Portal Operations, Business Development, Client Coordination and Payment Follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities and generate leads
Prepare, submit and manage tenders through GeM and other procurement platforms
Handle client enquiries, quotations, negotiations and follow-ups
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
Follow up on outstanding payments and collections
Support sales and marketing initiatives
Maintain proper records of enquiries,
proposals and client communications
Develop innovative digital marketing ideas to promote company products and services
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline
BBA / MBA preferred
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing or Business Administration will be an advantage
Prior experience in Sales, Documentation and Digital Marketing
