We are looking for a Tender Executive with hands-on experience in Government e-Marketplace (GEM) tendering. The candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant tenders, preparing and submitting bids, managing tender documentation and coordinating the complete tendering process from enquiry to submission.

Key Responsibilities

- Search and identify relevant tenders on Government e-Marketplace (GEM) and other government tender portals.

- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, BOQ and commercial requirements.

- Prepare complete tender documentation as per tender requirements.

- Handle GEM bid submission, product listing, quotation and online bidding/reverse auction processes.

- Coordinate with internal departments for technical and commercial information required for bids.

- Prepare price quotations, BOQ, compliance statements and other tender-related documents.

- Ensure timely submission of bids before the tender closing date and time.

- Maintain proper records of submitted tenders, EMD, tender fees, bid status and results.

- Monitor corrigendum,



amendments and updates related to ongoing tenders.

- Coordinate for EMD, Performance Security, Bank Guarantees and other required documents.

- Track tender results and maintain a database of successful and unsuccessful bids.

- Follow up with concerned departments/authorities whenever required.

- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documents before final submission.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of GEM Portal and Government Tendering.

- Good understanding of tender documents, BOQ and technical/commercial compliance.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PDF documentation.

- Robust documentation and coordination skills.

- Good communication and follow-up abilities.

- Ability to work under strict deadlines.

- Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
