Search, track and manage Government Tenders / Bids.

Handle MP Government Tenders & e-Tenders.

Prepare and submit online Bids, Quotations &

- Tender Documents.

Manage Technical &

- Financial Bid documentation.

Monitor tender deadlines and submission status.

Coordinate with internal teams for required documents.

Maintain records of tenders, bids and related documents.





Requirements 1–2 years of relevant experience in GeM / Tender work.

Practical knowledge of GeM Portal &

- Government Tenders.

Experience with MP Tenders / Government Departments preferred.

Positive knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word &

- Computer Operations.

Good documentation and communication skills.

Ability to manage tender deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with hands-on experience in GeM Portal, MP Tenders, Bid Submission and Government Department work will be preferred.
