1. Tender & GEM Registration and Documentation:

- Manage vendor registrations, company profile updates, and certifications on GEM and other portals.
- Compliance with MSME, NSIC, GST, and other regulatory requirements.
- Monitor government and private tender portals, including GEM, CPPP, and other e-procurement platforms.
- Searching, evaluating and identifying relevant tenders that match company profile and services.

2 Bid Preparation & Submission:

- Preparation and submission technical and financial bids in accordance with tender requirements.
- Collect, verify, and compile necessary documents such as EMD, performance security, and eligibility certificates.
- Timely submission of bids before deadlines, both online and offline.
- Preparation of bid participation documents and ensuring that the documents are correct If we are not eligible for any bid due to any document,



then we have to put a representation in that bid that we are eligible to participate in this bid.

3. Coordination & Communication:

- Liaise with internal departments (Finance, Legal, Operations) for bid documentation and approvals.
- Communicate with Salesperson for tender-related queries. And Mention in ZOHO CRM Software.

4 Post-Tender Activities:

- Monitor tender results, track bid status, and manage clarifications or Representation.
- Maintain a record of Bid Participation Detail

5 GEM Portal Operations:

- Manage product listing, catalog updates, and price modifications on GEM.
- Handle order processing, invoicing, and post-order compliance on GEM.
- Compliance with GEM terms and conditions, including timely responses to buyer queries. Manage Resellers Accounts an Authorization in Product on GEM Portal
- Bid Participation Schedule Work Check the Gem portal daily to see if there is any RA or any clarification
- If goods are not delivered within the time limit, then raising invoice extension request on Gem portal so that Gem invoice can be marked and contract process can be completed
- catalog uploads as per Product Bid Specification
- Incident Response & Resolution and Daily Checking Status Incident
- ATC/AMC Payment Approval & EMD & EPBG

Pay: ₹20,013.73 - ₹40,638.26 per month
