Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Tender Executive to handle the complete tender process, including GeM, CPPP, Government, PSU and e-tender portals. The candidate should have solid knowledge of tender documentation, technical/commercial bid preparation, compliance and post-bid follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

- Search, identify and evaluate relevant Government, PSU, GeM and e-tenders.
- Handle the complete tender lifecycle from tender identification to submission and order follow-up.
- Review eligibility, technical specifications, BOQ, EMD, turnover, experience, BIS and OEM requirements.
- Prepare technical bids, compliance statements, commercial bids and BOQs.
- Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Accounts, Management, OEMs and Dealers for required documents and pricing.
- Prepare and manage OEM Authorization/MAF, BIS certificates, GST, PAN, experience certificates, declarations and undertakings.
- Monitor pre-bid meetings, corrigenda, clarifications, technical evaluation,



financial evaluation and tender results.
- Ensure accurate and timely online submission of tenders and maintain proper tender records/MIS.
- Track L1 status, LOA, purchase orders and rejected/disqualified bids.

Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with GeM and Government e-Tender portals.
- Good knowledge of Tender Documentation, Technical Bid & Commercial Bid.
- Strong understanding of BOQ, tender compliance and eligibility criteria.
- Good coordination, communication and documentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and online tender portals.
