Key Responsibilities:

Search and identify relevant tenders on the GeM Portal and other government platforms.

Prepare and submit tender documents, quotations, technical bids, and commercial bids.

Manage the complete tendering process from tender identification to submission and follow-up.

Ensure all required documents, certificates, declarations, and eligibility criteria are fulfilled.

Coordinate with internal departments for pricing, technical information, documentation, and approvals.

Track tender deadlines, bid status, EMD, security deposits, work orders, and related documentation.

Maintain proper records of submitted and ongoing tenders.

Monitor government procurement opportunities and maintain knowledge of GeM processes.
