- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Government, PSU, DISCOM, Railway, Industrial & Private sectors.

- Handle tender mining, bid management and complete tender lifecycle.

- Monitor and manage opportunities through GeM, CPPP, State e-Procurement portals and other platforms.

- Analyze tender documents, BOQs, technical specifications, eligibility and contractual requirements.

- Coordinate with Engineering, Estimation, Finance, Procurement, Legal and Project teams for techno-commercial proposals.

- Manage tender documentation, EMD, Tender Fees, Bank Guarantees, POA and online submissions.

- Coordinate pre-bid meetings, clarifications, client discussions and post-bid activities.

- Develop relationships with Government Departments, PSUs, DISCOMs, Consultants and PMCs.

- Maintain tender trackers, chance pipelines and MIS reports.

- Support contract review, project handover and O&M; activities for 35/11 kV networks.Role & responsibilities

Candidates with experience in RDSS, IPDS, DDUGJY, Power Distribution, Transmission, Substation, Railway Electrification, Solar EPC, Industrial EPC, Civil Infrastructure or O&M; projects will be preferred
