Brahmarishi Homes is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Tender Bidder to join our team in Vijayawada.
Position: Tender Bidder
Location: Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh
Experience: 2+ years preferred
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and track relevant government and private tenders
- Prepare and submit tender documents within deadlines
- Review tender requirements, eligibility criteria and technical specifications
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and quotations
- Handle EMD, tender fees, BOQ and other required submissions
- Monitor tender status, clarifications and updates
- Maintain proper records of submitted and ongoing tenders
Requirements:
- Experience in tender preparation and bidding processes
- Good knowledge of tender portals and documentation
- Robust attention to detail and deadline management
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and documentation
