About the Role

Vinfro IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a technically oriented Temperature Mapping & Validation Engineer to support our pharma-focused temperature monitoring and ViSetu solutions.

The candidate will be responsible for conducting mapping studies at customer sites, handling temperature data loggers and other IOT data logers , analyzing temperature distribution , instrument / PLC Inteface and preparing technical documentation and reports.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct temperature mapping studies for pharma warehouses, cold rooms, storage rooms and other controlled areas.
- Perform site surveys and understand room dimensions, HVAC/AC arrangement, doors, racks and equipment locations.
- Plan and document temperature logger placement based on the application and room configuration.
- Connect instruments / equipment , PLC Instruments.
- Install, configure and retrieve data from calibrated temperature data loggers.
- Record and maintain logger ID, location, height, coordinates and calibration details.
- Download and analyze data.
- Identify minimum temperature, maximum temperature, average temperature, temperature variation and potential hot/cold spots.
- Prepare temperature mapping reports, graphs, tables and supporting documentation.
- Maintain raw data and mapping records with proper document control.
- Support deviation/observation documentation wherever required.
- Recommend suitable monitoring locations based on mapping results and approved customer requirements.
- Support installation, configuration and verification of ViSetuEMS temperature monitoring systems.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of temperature monitoring devices and connectivity.
- Coordinate with customer QA, engineering and maintenance teams during site activities.
- Travel to customer sites as required.

Required Skills




- Basic understanding of GMP / GDP / pharmaceutical workplace.
- Understanding of temperature measurement and data logging.
- Basic knowledge of calibration and calibration certificates.
- Understanding of HVAC and temperature-controlled areas is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Good documentation and report-writing skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites.
- Ability to work independently at customer locations.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in any of the following will be preferred:

Candidate Profile We are looking for a hands-on and responsible engineer who is comfortable with both field work and documentation.

The candidate should be willing to visit customer sites, understand technical requirements, perform measurements carefully and prepare accurate reports.

Freshers with relevant technical education and good practical aptitude may also be considered.

Travel

Regular travel to customer sites may be required within Maharashtra and other locations in India.
