Telecaller / Sales Executive Company: Mylogical Software Solutions Location: Salem, Tamil Nadu Job Type: Full-time Work Mode: In-person We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller / Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our software and digital services, following up with leads, and converting interested prospects into customers.

Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads.

- Explain our software products and services clearly.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Schedule product demos with interested customers.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up details in the CRM.
- Regularly follow up with pending and interested leads.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the development and sales team when required.
- Maintain qualified communication with customers.

Requirements - Good communication skills in Tamil.





- Basic English communication skills.
- Confident and polite telephone manner.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to use WhatsApp and CRM software.
- Freshers can apply.
- Previous telecalling or sales experience will be an advantage.
