About the Role We are looking for confident, customer-friendly and target-oriented Telecaller & Front Office Executives to join our new E-commerce business operations in Kochi.
The primary responsibility will be to handle incoming customer enquiries, understand their requirements, explain our products and offers, follow up with interested customers, and convert enquiries into confirmed orders/billing.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls and enquiries professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Clearly explain product features, pricing, offers and other relevant details.
- Convince and assist customers in making purchase decisions.
- Follow up with customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Convert enquiries/leads into confirmed orders and billing.
- Coordinate with the sales, billing and operations teams for order processing.
- Maintain proper records of customer enquiries, follow-ups and conversions.
- Handle front-office/reception responsibilities when required.
- Respond professionally to customer queries and provide basic after-sales coordination.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment at the office.
- Achieve assigned daily/monthly calling and conversion targets.
Candidate Profile
- Valuable communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Hindi/Tamil will be an added advantage.
- Confident and pleasant telephone manner.
- Good convincing and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, front office or e-commerce will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication and a positive attitude may also apply.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
