Deeksha Insurance & Finacial Service is hiring Telemarketing Executives for our Health Insurance Sales Team, working with Star Health & ICICI General Insurance.
The selected candidates will be responsible for contacting customers, understanding their insurance requirements, explaining suitable health insurance plans, and assisting them through the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers using company-provided leads.
- Explain Star Health and ICICI health insurance plans clearly.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable policy information.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Generate sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Update customer details and follow-up status in the CRM.
- Maintain skilled communication with customers.
- Coordinate with the team to complete the policy issuance process.
