We are looking for a Sales Telecaller to handle customer enquiries and generate sales opportunities for our construction services.
Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with leads from Google, Facebook, Instagram, Website & WhatsApp
- Understand customer requirements for Homes, Villas, Apartments, Farmhouses & Traditional/Manduva Homes
- Explain our construction services, process and basic pricing details
- Schedule site visits and office/Google Meet appointments
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers
- Update lead status and customer information
- Coordinate with the sales and project team
- Convert interested leads into site visits and potential customers
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Telugu & English
- Hindi is an added advantage
- Sales/telecalling experience preferred
- Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply
- Confident, polite and customer-friendly attitude
- Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge
- Ability to follow up consistently and achieve targets
