Key Responsibilities

- Call potential buyers from company-provided leads
- Explain basic property details (location, price, type, amenities)
- Find out customer requirements and budget
- Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits
- Follow up with interested customers regularly
- Update customer details in Excel/CRM
- Work with the sales team to close deals

What We’re Looking For
- Good communication skills in [English / Hindi / Local Language]
- Comfortable talking on the phone for most of the day
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, email)
- Willing to learn real estate basics
- Freshers can apply; prior telecalling/sales experience is a plus
- Target-driven and polite with customers
