Role Description This is a full-time, in office Telesales Specialist role based in Bengaluru.

The Telesales

Specialist will engage with prospective and existing customers over phone calls and digital channels, presenting fitness programs, memberships, and services in a clear and compelling manner. Day-to-day responsibilities include making outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, explaining product offerings, answering questions, and guiding customers through enrollment and payment processes. The role involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, following up on leads, meeting sales targets,



and coordinating with the operations and training teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.

The Telesales

Specialist will also gather customer feedback, share insights with management, and contribute to improving sales scripts and customer communication processes.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle inquiries professionally.
- Demonstrated Sales and Customer Support experience, ideally in telesales, call centers, or membership-based services.
- Ability to provide basic Training or guidance to customers on available fitness programs and membership options.
- Comfort working with CRM tools, call tracking systems, and basic office software.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales and conversion targets.
- Excellent listening skills, patience, and a customer-first attitude.
- Prior experience in fitness, wellness, or lifestyle services is an advantage.
- Minimum high school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or related fields is preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru and adapt to flexible schedules as required.
