Role DescriptionWe are looking for a sales-driven Telesales / Inside Sales Executive to handle incoming enquiries and make outbound calls to prospective customers.
The primary responsibility of this role is to convert leads into customers through calls, WhatsApp communication and consistent follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming sales enquiries from calls, WhatsApp and advertising campaigns.
- Make outbound calls to retailers, wholesalers and dealers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product range, pricing, margins, fabrics and availability.
- Share catalogues and follow up regularly with interested leads.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Upsell and encourage repeat business from existing customers.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.
- Work towards defined sales, conversion and revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Strong spoken Hindi and English communication skills.
- Confident, persuasive and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Good follow-up, negotiation and sales-closing skills.
- Prior experience in telesales, inside sales, B2B sales, apparel, textiles or wholesale is preferred.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools are an advantage.
- Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and working towards targets.
Candidates with experience selling to retailers, wholesalers or dealers will be preferred.
