We are looking for a dynamic Tele Sales &

- Marketing Executive who will be responsible for handling IndiaMart leads, B2B &
- B2C inquiries, and converting them into sales opportunities. The candidate will engage with potential customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails, understand their requirements, provide product information, and ensure timely follow-ups. The role also includes maintaining customer data, preparing quotations, and coordinating with the sales team for order closures.

- Experience: 1 years in tele-sales, preferably with IndiaMart lead handling

- Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Marketing or relevant field

- Work Location: Kalawad Road, Near Massom School, Mota Mova, Rajkot-360005

- Salary Range: 15-20k / Monthly, If Experienced, then decided after training period.

- Working Days/Hours: 6 Days : 10AM to 7PM | Sunday Weekly OFF and all national holidays.

Key Skill Required in Candidate

- Strong communication and persuasive speaking skills.

- Experience in handling IndiaMart &
- B2B/B2C inquiries.

- Ability to convert inquiries into sales.

- Good negotiation and customer relationship management skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools,



WhatsApp, email.

- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and quick learner.

Any other specification / Expectation

- Should be proactive in handling IndiaMart, B2B &
- B2C leads and ensure daily follow-ups.

- Must have strong communication skills in Hindi &

- Gujarati

- Positive English communication skills — both verbal and written.

- Should be able to understand customers' requirements and suggest the right product.

- Must be target-driven and focused on achieving monthly sales conversions.

- Should maintain accurate records of inquiries, interactions, and quotations.

- Must show ownership & responsibility in closing leads from initial contact to final order.

- Should be comfortable with calling, WhatsApp & email communication for sales.

- h. Must learn product knowledge quickly and update customers correctly.

- i. Should have a positive attitude, be polite with customers, and handle rejection professionally.

- j. Must be punctual, disciplined, and able to perform under pressure.

- Should contribute ideas for improving sales and customer experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
