Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers regarding Personal Loan requirements. Generate and qualify leads through telecalling. Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates and benefits.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into applications. Coordinate with the sales/credit team for documentation and processing. Maintain proper follow-up and customer records. Achieve monthly login and disbursement targets. ? Candidate Profile Freshers are welcome.
Candidates with experience in Personal Loan / Credit Card / Banking / DSA / Tele Sales will be preferred. Good communication and convincing skills. Hindi is required
