- Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide Travel industry product support to clients.
- Resolve client queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct tele-marketing / lead generation calls for our products.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Assist the sales and operations team with client communication.
- Share customer feedback with the product team for improvements.
Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in customer support / tele calling / tele marketing.
- Positive communication skills in English
- Ability to explain product features clearly and confidently.
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools.
- Domain knowledge in the construction industry will be an added advantage.
