RESPONSIBILITIES -
To Work on Qualified Leads (in Internal Portal), received & entered by Tele-Calling Team.
Understanding Customer’s Requirements in detail to aarive at Rate Quotation. Suggest suitable vehicle options that best suit their needs (Individual & Corporate Clients).
Convert Enquiries into Booking by Convincing Customers in skilled Manner.
Responsible for End-to-End Service to Customers i.e. Rate Quotation, follow-up, Conversion into Booking & On-Journey Support till Trip completion.
