Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Week Off: Sunday Fixed

Salary & Openings:-

Tamil Process –

- CTC: 21,000
- In-Hand: 15,978 + Incentives
- Take-Home Option: 18,000 + Incentives

Malayalam Process –

- CTC: 22,000
- In-Hand: 16,979 + Incentives
- Take-Home Option: 19,000 + Incentives

Kannada Process –

- CTC: 22,000
- In-Hand: 16,979 + Incentives
- Take-Home Option: 19,000 + Incentives

Key Responsibilities

- Generate personal loan leads through outbound calls.
- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable loan offerings.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Achieve assigned lead generation and conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow process guidelines.
