Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Executive role based in Chennai.

The Telesales

Executive will make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote financial products such as insurance, loans, and investment offerings.

Responsibilities include explaining product features, clarifying customer queries, and guiding customers through the sales process to closure. The role involves maintaining accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions, and following up promptly to ensure robust customer engagement.





The Telesales

Executive will collaborate with the sales and customer support teams to meet targets and uphold service quality standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with diverse customers.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and build long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify prospects, convert leads, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Basic understanding of financial products such as insurance, loans, and investments is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in English and local languages used in Chennai is an advantage.
- Prior telesales or call center experience in financial services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or finance is a plus.
