Inbound & Outbound Calling Sales Executive Department: Sales Process: Inbound & Outbound Calling Industry Preference: Telecom / BPO / Call Centre Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 1–3 Years preferred Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Inbound & Outbound Calling Sales Executive to handle customer interactions, generate and convert sales opportunities, and achieve assigned sales targets. Candidates with experience in the Telecom industry will be preferred . Key ResponsibilitiesHandle both inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services. Explain product features, plans, pricing, offers, and benefits to customers. Generate sales through outbound calls and convert inbound enquiries into sales.
Follow up with prospective and existing customers to close sales. Handle customer objections and provide effective solutions. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the CRM/calling system. Perform upselling and cross-selling wherever applicable. Ensure excellent customer service and maintain professional communication.
Follow company processes,
quality standards, and compliance guidelines. Coordinate with relevant teams for order processing and customer issue resolution. Candidate RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in telesales, telecalling, inbound/outbound sales, BPO, or customer service preferred.
Telecom sales experience will be an added advantage. Positive verbal communication and convincing skills. Strong customer-handling and objection-handling skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated. Ability to work in a fast-paced calling environment. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/calling software.
