Role Description The Telesales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Vasai. The role involves making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, presenting courier and logistics services, and converting leads into sales.

Responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, explaining service features and pricing, following up on inquiries, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM or sales tracking system.

The Telesales

Executive will handle basic customer support over the phone, respond to service-related questions,



and coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. The role also includes meeting daily and monthly call and sales targets, sharing feedback from customers, and supporting campaigns and promotional activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for transparent, confident, and professional phone interactions.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Support skills to address inquiries, resolve basic issues, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify prospects, pitch services, and close deals.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or call management tools are beneficial.
- Previous experience in telesales, inside sales, or logistics/courier services is an advantage.
- Ability to work toward targets, handle rejection professionally, and manage time effectively.
- Minimum high school diploma; further education in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
