Role Description This full-time, on-site Telesales Executive role is based in Haveli.

The Telesales

Executive will make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients, present services clearly, and generate qualified leads for the recruitment consultancy. Daily tasks include following up on inquiries, maintaining accurate records of calls and outcomes, and supporting the sales pipeline through consistent communication. The role involves handling basic customer support questions, coordinating with internal teams on client requirements,



and meeting individual and team sales targets while adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including transparent spoken English and active listening.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries and build positive client relationships.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify opportunities, convert prospects, and achieve revenue goals.
- Candidates should be comfortable with phone-based work, CRM or call-tracking tools, and basic computer literacy.
- Candidates should demonstrate goal orientation, resilience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Prior telesales or inside sales experience is preferred; experience in recruitment or consulting services is an advantage.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; further education in business, marketing, or related fields is beneficial.
