Job Overview

We are looking for a Telesales Executive who is confident, persuasive, and target-oriented to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, promoting products, understanding customer requirements, generating sales, and achieving assigned targets through effective telephonic communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Generate sales through effective telephonic communication and follow-ups.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for order processing and customer requirements.
- Provide timely follow-ups after sales when required.





Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Direct Sales.
- Freshers with good communication and convincing skills are welcome.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections effectively.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales environment.
- Good command of English and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.

Compensation

Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives

Preferred

- Previous experience in product-based sales or telesales will be an advantage.
- Experience handling inbound/outbound sales calls.
- Knowledge of CRM or sales tracking tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
