We are looking for a compassionate and confident Tele sales executive. The shortlisted person will work as a Health Counselor to guide patients who are looking for non-surgical heart treatment options. This is a patient education and counseling role where your responsibility is to understand the patient's condition, answer their questions, and help them connect with the right healthcare expert.

This is a tele-calling role with focus is on patient support, communication and healthcare guidance.

- Conduct Pre-Consultation Calls with patients who have shown interest in our healthcare services.
- Understand the patient's health concerns and assess whether our treatment programs are suitable for them.
- Explain our healthcare services, treatment approach, and patient journey in a simple and empathetic manner.
- Answer patient and family queries with clarity and confidence.
- Share relevant educational videos, brochures, case studies, and other patient information.
- Schedule appointments with doctors and healthcare experts.
- Follow up with patients regarding consultations and treatment decisions.




- Collect patient feedback and maintain proper follow-up records.
- Support the team in organizing online health awareness webinars and help maximize patient participation.
- Maintain accurate patient communication records in the CRM.
- Create awareness through Social Media - Facebook , Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube etc

Desired Candidate Profile

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English communication is an added advantage).
- Good listening skills and an empathetic attitude.
- Comfortable speaking with patients over phone and WhatsApp.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM, WhatsApp Web).
- Ability to explain healthcare information in straightforward language.
- Self-motivated, organized, and responsible

Pay: ₹8,894.61 - ₹28,799.09 per month
