Telesales Executive

Location: Kinfra Techno Industrial Park , Kerala, India

This role involves handling sales for our Dubai operations. You will be contacting and dealing with customers in the Dubai market.

We are looking for a Telesales Executive to promote our ERP and POS software solutions.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers

Generate new sales leads and follow up with prospects

Contact customers in the Dubai market and understand their requirements

Explain ERP/POS software features and advantages

Schedule product demonstrations and meetings

Follow up with interested customers

Handle customer enquiries and objections

Maintain records of calls, leads and sales activities

Achieve assigned sales targets





Coordinate with the sales and technical teams

Requirements

Previous telesales experience is mandatory

Good communication skills in English

Confident speaking over the phone

Experience in Telesales (Mandotary)

Knowledge of ERP/POS software is an advantage

Target-oriented and willing to achieve sales targets

Ability to handle customer follow-ups and convert leads into sales

Salary

₹1,80,000 – ₹3,00,000 per annum

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
