Telesales Executive — BeTheBestCoder.com (Ed-Tech) | Patna

We are hiring Telesales Executives for our Patliputra office. You will call students who have already registered with us — no random cold calling from purchased data.

About the company

BeTheBestCoder.com is an ed-tech platform that trains engineering and BCA students for tech jobs. Our mentors are working professionals from leading tech companies. You will be selling a real career product, not a random scheme.

Your daily work

- Call students who registered for our free masterclasses and online courses
- Understand their college, branch and career goal, then suggest the right course or our 3-month Training-cum-Internship Program
- Answer student and parent questions on fees, certificates, duration and support
- Follow up on WhatsApp and calls till the student joins or clearly says no
- Update every call in the CRM on the same day
- Complete your daily call target and monthly joining target

Who can apply

- Minimum 1 year experience in telesales, telecalling, inside sales or counselling
- Graduate in any stream
- Fluent Hindi, valuable spoken English




- Comfortable with CRM, Google Sheets and WhatsApp
- Ed-tech, insurance, banking, BPO or real estate telesales background preferred
- Must be in Patna or ready to shift to Patna

What you get

- Fixed salary ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month + up to ₹2,000 incentive
- Day shift, 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM, 6 days working
- Full product and sales training in week 1 — scripts, objection handling, call recordings
- Internet connection provided at office
- Growth path: Telesales Executive → Senior Counsellor → Team Lead
- No joining fee, no deposit. We never charge candidates anything.

Interview Walk-in interview at 2nd Floor, Usha Niketan, Boring Patliputra Colony Road, above Havells Showroom, Patna. Bring your CV, ID proof and last salary slip (if any). Interview includes a short mock sales call in Hindi.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
