REAL ESTATE TELECALLER – JOB OPENING Position: Telecaller / Senior Telecaller Industry: Real Estate Job Type: Full-Time Location: Valasaravakkam, Chennai Job DescriptionWe are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our Real Estate team. Roles & ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers using company-provided leads. Explain project details, offers, pricing and other relevant information to customers.

Understand customer requirements and generate interest in our projects. Follow up with interested customers regularly. Coordinate and schedule site visits. Maintain proper customer follow-up records. Coordinate with the sales team and support the team in converting leads into site visits and sales.

Achieve monthly calling and performance targets.

Eligibility

Female candidates preferred.



Minimum 6 months of telecalling experience preferred for Senior Telecaller. Freshers can also apply if they have good communication skills. Real estate experience is not mandatory . Candidates from telecalling, sales, insurance, banking or other sales industries can apply. Valuable Tamil communication skills preferred.

Salary & Incentives ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month Take-Home Salary Incentives Incentive: ₹5,000 – ₹20,000 per sale, based on performance.
