Job Summary

We are looking for a goal-driven and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our team in Kakkanad. In this role, your primary focus will be connecting with prospective clients over the phone, effectively pitching our programs and services, handling objections, and closing sales. If you have strong communication skills, a competitive drive, and a track record or passion for achieving targets, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound sales calls to potential clients and qualified leads to pitch BOLDMINDS programs and services.
- Identify customer needs, deliver clear product presentations, and handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Focus on end-to-end sales execution, guiding prospects through the decision-making process to successfully close sales.




- Follow up consistently with prospective leads to maximize conversion rates and pipeline velocity.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, lead status, customer notes, and completed sales in the CRM database.
- Meet and exceed daily/monthly sales targets and revenue goals.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Higher Secondary (10+2) or Any Graduate degree.
- Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience in telesales, outbound sales, inside sales, or telemarketing (Freshers with strong persuasion and communication skills are encouraged to apply).
- Skills & Attributes:
- Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, and pitch delivery skills.
- Strong objection-handling, negotiation, and closing capabilities.
- Target-oriented mindset with high self-motivation and persistence.
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.

Work mode: Onsite only Preferred Candidate: Must be willing to relocate to the job location (Kakkanad, Kochi)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
