About the Role

Arunagiri Automotives is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Telesales Executive to generate two-wheeler sales leads, follow up with customers, and convert enquiries into showroom visits and vehicle bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact potential customers through phone calls and explain available two-wheeler models, features, offers, finance options, and exchange schemes.
- Follow up with enquiries received through phone, website, social media, and other sources.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable two-wheelers.
- Schedule and encourage customers to visit the showroom for test rides and further discussion.
- Follow up regularly with prospective customers and maintain accurate customer records.
- Convert leads into test rides, bookings, and sales.
- Coordinate with the showroom sales team regarding customer requirements and appointments.
- Maintain daily call records and provide regular sales/follow-up reports.
- Achieve assigned monthly calling, lead conversion, test ride, and booking targets.




- Maintain professional communication and provide a positive customer experience.

Candidate Requirements
- 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Degree.
- Freshers can apply; experience in telesales, telecalling, automobile sales, or customer service will be an advantage.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain customer data.
- Positive attitude, convincing ability, and willingness to achieve targets.
- Candidates from Redhills and nearby areas are preferred.
