- Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers.

- Understand customer requirements and business needs.

- Build good relationships with customers through qualified communication.

Lead Qualification:

- Contact and follow up with leads generated through digital marketing and other channels.

- Qualify leads based on requirement, budget, decision-maker, and timeline.

- Identify genuine sales opportunities and update lead status.

Product &

- Service Presentation:

- Explain company products, IT services, features, benefits, and pricing clearly.

- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

- Schedule and coordinate product/service demos when required.





Sales Support &

- Follow-up:

- Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

- Coordinate with the sales team for demos, negotiations, and lead conversion.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects.

CRM &

- Performance:

- Update customer details, call notes, lead status, and follow-up dates in the CRM.

- Handle customer questions and basic concerns professionally.

- Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and qualified-lead targets.
