Role Description The Telemarketer role at R&A; Technologies is a full time, on-site position based in Chennai. The Telemarketer will make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients, introduce the company’s website development services, and generate interest in available solutions. Daily responsibilities include qualifying leads, explaining service offerings, scheduling appointments or follow-up calls for the sales team, and updating call records in internal systems.

The role also involves handling basic customer inquiries, providing clear information, and redirecting complex questions to appropriate team members.



The Telemarketer will collaborate with sales and customer service colleagues to support revenue growth and maintain a positive brand image.
