Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telemarketing Executive role based in Pimpri Chinchwad.

The Telemarketing

Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, introducing KE-Connect’s IT solutions and services, and generating qualified leads for the sales team. The role includes understanding customer requirements, explaining product and service benefits clearly, and setting up appointments or follow-up calls for the sales team.



Daily activities involve maintaining call logs, updating CRM records, following structured call scripts while adapting to customer needs, and achieving individual and team targets.

The Telemarketing

Executive will collaborate closely with sales and customer support teams to ensure a positive customer experience and support ongoing business growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify prospects, qualify opportunities, and support revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, address basic concerns, and maintain professional relationships.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken English and local language proficiency, with the ability to present solutions confidently over the phone.
- Prior experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or call center roles in IT or related industries is beneficial.
- Ability to work with CRM tools, maintain accurate records, and follow structured processes and scripts.
- Strong listening skills, resilience in handling rejections, and a target-oriented mindset.
- Minimum education: graduate degree or equivalent; relevant certifications in sales or customer service are an advantage.
