Job Responsibilities
- Perform E2E testing of Telecom OSS applications.
- Validate Order Management, Inventory, Provisioning, and Activation workflows.
- Test Cable, Broadband, Voice, and Video service provisioning processes.
- Execute API testing and validate request/response payloads, authentication, and error handling.
- Design, execute, and maintain test cases; identify and track defects.
- Collaborate with business and development teams in an Agile setting.
