We are looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to manage end-to-end delivery across multiple agile squads supporting strategic initiatives in the Telecom B2B domain. The role will be responsible for driving delivery governance, stakeholder engagement, cross-functional coordination, and execution excellence to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives. Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor multiple agile squads, providing delivery oversight and guidance to achieve project goals.

- Own end-to-end delivery of programs / workstreams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements.

- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and client teams to understand priorities and ensure effective communication and delivery.

- Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and budget / effort tracking.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, testing, architecture, DevOps, and operations to ensure seamless execution.

- Track delivery progress, identify risks / issues proactively, and drive corrective actions to maintain delivery commitments.

- Provide regular status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders on progress, risks, dependencies, and key milestones.





- Foster a energetic and high-performance team environment, driving accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Ensure adherence to delivery standards, quality processes, and relevant compliance / regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

- 15+ years of experience in IT / telecom delivery, with strong experience managing large programs or multiple agile squads.

- Solid understanding of the Telecom B2B domain, preferably across areas such as customer operations, order management, billing, CRM, service assurance, or digital transformation.

- Proven experience in project / program delivery, stakeholder management, risk management, and delivery governance.

- Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum delivery models and multi-squad coordination.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred

- Experience in OSS/BSS, CRM, billing, order management, or enterprise customer platforms in telecom.

- Exposure to customer-facing delivery in a managed services / system integration environment.

- Agile / Scrum / SAFe / PMP certification is a plus.
