Hiring | Team Leader – Telesales | ftcash Company: ftcash Position: Team Leader – Telesales Location: Mumbai / Thane Experience: 3–6 Years Industry: FinTech / Business Loans Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of telesales executives handling business loan sales . Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets through effective team management. Monitor daily calling, lead conversion, follow-ups, and team productivity.

Train, coach, and motivate team members to improve conversion and performance. Ensure proper follow-up with customers from lead generation to loan disbursement. Analyse team performance and prepare daily/weekly MIS reports.

Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams for smooth processing of loan applications. Maintain quality standards and ensure adherence to company policies and processes. Requirements:3–6 years of experience in Telesales / Business Loan / Personal Loan / FinTech / NBFC .

Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Team Leader managing telesales executives. Solid leadership, communication, negotiation, and team-handling skills. Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Experience in Business Loan telesales will be preferred.
