About Position:

We are looking for a Telecom Analytics Domain Expert to join the team responsible for defining, maintaining, and evolving the network KPI and analytics framework of our mobile network performance platform. This is a domain-centric role that requires deep expertise in telecom technologies rather than software development. The successful candidate will play a key role in translating mobile network procedures, signaling flows, failure scenarios, and operational metrics into actionable KPIs, scoring models, and analytics frameworks used by mobile operators worldwide.

The platform spans the complete telecom ecosystem including 2G, 3G, 4G LTE, 5G SA/NSA, IMS/VoLTE, roaming networks, and emerging 6G technologies. You will be responsible for defining KPI formulas, analytics logic, protocol error mappings, dimension data models, subscriber intelligence metrics, and network quality scoring frameworks that power large-scale telecom analytics solutions.

What You'll Do:

- Define and maintain KPI formulas for mobile network analytics platforms.
- Develop KPI expressions for accessibility, retainability, mobility, integrity, throughput, congestion, and subscriber experience measurements.
- Create and maintain JSON-based metric definitions and expression trees.
- Design telecom performance scoring methodologies and composite network quality indices.
- Translate telecom procedures into measurable analytics metrics and reporting indicators.
- Define operator-level and subscriber-level performance reporting frameworks.
- Define KPI frameworks across 2G GSM/GPRS, 3G UMTS, 4G LTE/EPC, 5G SA/NSA, IMS/VoLTE, Roaming Networks.
- Build procedure-level analytics and reporting models.
- Define success, failure, drop, rejection, and congestion criteria for network procedures.
- Validate KPI calculations against network traces, KPIs, and operational scenarios.




- Design analytics for handovers, mobility management, registration procedures, session establishment, and charging workflows.
- Define roaming analytics across MAP, Diameter S6a, GTP-C S8, SEPP N32.
- Design inbound and outbound roaming KPI frameworks.
- Define home and visited network performance measurements.
- Support MVNO and MNO roaming analytics models.
- Collaborate closely with telecom protocol engineers, data engineers, architects, and product teams.
- Define requirements for protocol decoder and analytics development teams.
- Validate analytics outputs and KPI accuracy.
- Monitor industry trends and telecom standardization activities.
- Contribute to future analytics frameworks supporting 6G technologies and emerging telecom architectures.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 10-15 years of experience in telecom networks, performance management, analytics, planning, optimization, or network engineering.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end mobile network architecture.
- Strong expertise in telecom protocols, signaling procedures, and network operations.
- Experience working with operator-grade telecom systems and analytics platforms.
- Deep knowledge of 5G Core architecture.
- Strong understanding of AMF, SMF, UPF, UDM, AUSF, PCF, NRF, NSSF, CHF, SEPP.
- Expertise in NGAP and 5G NAS procedures.
- Strong understanding of network slicing concepts and KPI modeling.
- Knowledge of 5G SA and NSA deployments.
- Strong understanding of IMS architecture.
- Knowledge of SIP signaling and VoLTE procedures.
- Experience defining voice quality and service performance metrics.




- Experience working with KPI definitions and metric configurations.
- Strong understanding of JSON and XML configurations.
- Experience using SQL, Excel, and reporting tools for analytics validation.
- Knowledge of Git and version control practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work with engineering, product, operations, and customer teams.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills.
- Ability to drive domain strategy and influence product direction.
